Soft Mesh interior helps avoid the imfamous rubbing 

Four Loop fastenings at the front and reat allowing you to fasten it to your belt 

D Rings on the shoulders

Velcro at the front and rear for attaching ID Patches etc

Fastex buckles at the side for securing it around your waist/body.
