This means they possess anti-static and shock-absorption properties, as well as resistance to damage from oil, water and penetrative forces.

Created to meet the needs of military personnel operating in Afghanistan, the LOWA Desert Elite has a combination-upper made from suede leather and Cordura® fabric. Durable, robust and tear-resistant, these uppers allow feet to breathe comfortably while also providing some protection against potential hazards. Though designed to excel in hot climates and desert environments, these LOWA mid boots will perform well across a wide range of landscapes and temperatures, making them ideal all-terrain, any-weather footwear.
